- Place your LandKissing products where you want to use. Make sure there is a wall outlet nearby.
- Use the ground tester to check the wall outlet if you are not sure the ground port is well functioned.
- Snap the straight cord onto the tab or the button of your mats, sheets, or pillow case.
- Plug the other end of the straight cord into the ground port of wall outlet.
- Contact LandKissing products with bare skin, and the longer you stay in contact, the more benefits you gain from earthing/grounding.
